Sounds like he discovered a fetish (not a bad thing, just weird), or he wants someone he can 'pin down' into a set relationship by having a kid involved (not cool).
SInce he's your ex and he cheated on you regardless of what he wants you to do as far as havin a child:
Change the locks.
File a restraining order.
Buy a shotgun and a dog.

Well if he cheated on you he doesn't love you. And he probably only wants to get you pregnant because he might have a fetish for pregnant girls. Not cool. Baby's should be made with two people who are in love and ready to be PARENTS.

Stop communicating with him completely. He will cheat on you again, and he is most likely to ditch you the financial responsibilities into raising a child.
Get a man who doesn't cheat and wants to be with you.

You didn't ask a question but I'm guessing you want to know if you should take him back. No. And if you do take him back don't get pregnant just because he wants you to. Only if you really want to have a child.
