This is called a Gut Buster and it is very good and easy.
1 package frozen hashbrowns
1 pound bacon, browned and crumbled, or ground breakfast sausage browned.
12- 18 eggs scrambled
1 jar Ragu cheese sauce
Brown the hashbrowns, put in a 13x9 pan , layer the scrambled eggs on that and then the bacon or sausage, pour cheese sauce on top of everything. This can all be done the day ahead of time and then throw it in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for an hour.
If you are doing all this the morning of put in the oven at 350 for about 30 min. until cheese is hot.

Omelets or fritatas, if you cut up the ingredients, cook the potatoes the day before. Fruit cup, same rule. Fruit smoothies.Banana nut bread is easy, can make it before hand.
Go to allrecipes.com, and find some baked goods, like blueberry buckle, it is a crowd pleaser.
Instead of doing all the work yourself, do something your guests could participate in. Have a big selection of omelet makings, let them choose which, and they can cut it up and each make their own. Or a make your own smoothie party. Or assign each person a cooking task. One does muffins, another the eggs, another blended fruit juice, etc. Have a who does the best omelet party, let everybody make and taste, and everybody pick the winner. Don't tell them the prize is doing the dishes.
Or do what I would do. Take them to the nearest diner, and let them pick their own breakfast, or go to a breakfast buffet.

What is in the fridge? Scrambled eggs mixed with bacon bits & green onions is easy to whip up and usually a crowd favorite especially if you accompany it with toasted bread butter & jam. If you are not inclined to cook then provide fresh fruit; slices of oranges, papaya, melon. If calories are not a worry, then a selection of pastries and strong black coffee.

Scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. Hard to screw up and easy to make. Just throw some chedder cheese in the mix just before you pull them of the stove. If you want to get fancey cook up some hash browns with it also. Good stuff.
