In what way? Slap them with a piece of money, or slap someone who has a lot of money?
The act of slapping is itself disrespectful.
Using a piece of money to do so could be considered doubly insulting, since money is one the physically dirtiest substances in the world. (Mere contact with hands)
But, if you're slapping some rich jerk? They probably deserve it.
