teesh-ah Bav.
bav rhymes with mauve.

Shabbat - accent is on the bat. Bat rhymes with ought.

Nachamu - the ch is a hard H sound, like as in Scottish Loch.

Rosh Hashanah. Accent is on the nah. The o in Rosh is a long o (kind of rhyming with coast).

All the A's in these words rhyme with the o in Mom.

Just like with many other languages, there are different dialects and therefore different pronunciations.

Ashkenazic (mostly Diaspora) pronunciations go like this:

Tish-uh Buv or Tisha Bov
Shabbos Nachamu (guttural "ch" like Bach)
Rush Hashuna or Rosh Ha-SHA-na (emphasis on the"sha' syllable.

Sephardic (Israeli) pronunciation:

Tish -AH B-Ahv (emphasis on last syllables)
Sha-BAHT Na-ha- MOO (the actual "ch" or "h" is very guttural in Israel, depending on the person's ethnicity)
Rosh Ha-shah-NAH
