So, we will count all the religions in each country in the world and divide the land.

For example, India has hundreds of religions. That will make hundreds of Indias. India number 1, India number 2, India number 3 .........India number 89.......India number 107......

That would be a cute world..

That might be the best way to go at this point, and I could say the same for Iraq. I don't think nationalism is great, but the Kurdish people have not received fair and equitable treatment, ever since the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire.

Lebanon and Iraq were both artificial creations of the Sykes-Picot agreement of 1920, between Britain and France, establishing the mandates over the Fertile Crescent, despite contrary promises to their Arab allies. The U.N. voted a partition of Palestine in 1947 and drew a map creating two states, with Jerusalem as an International Zone. No one accepted "half a loaf" at the time, but had that map been enforced by the international community in 1947-48, today's Middle East would have been a much more peaceful place and there would not now be terrorism as we experience it. Peace has to have time to become a habit; it doesn't matter how many states there are or exactly where lines are drawn, if people can enjoy basic peace and security. So, yes, maybe at least a portion of Lebanon could be saved, since religious differences have brought intolerable ruin to that nation.

No, we do not have the right to partition Lebanon. That is up to the people of Lebanon or maybe if requested the United Nations.

There are a hundred more factions than that in Lebanon. If you want peace in the middle east, nuke it with such filthy fission bombs that the ground will be radioactive for thousands of years to come.
Guaranteed peace.
It might even trigger that war of heaven that the evangelical right is so keen on.
