Depending on the cause of their blindness, yes. Most often, blindness is caused with a problem with either the eyeball itself, the optic nerve, or the parts in the brain that register vision. The tear ducts are at the corners of the eye and are typically not effected by the cause of the blindness.

yes they can im blind i one eye and i still do and ur not to bein rude but that a dumb ? 2 ask tho

Their eyes don't work, but they still have tear ducts, and I've seen it happen.

its just their vision, unless they damaged the area around the eye, especially the sockets, they can still cry
