To be honest, there is no good way to tell a man such news. The size of a man's penis is a very sensitive topic. If you care for him, and you don't want to hurt his feelings (or potentially damage his entire self esteem), lie to him by breaking up wirth him for any other reason. If you want to be honest with him, you're going to have to accept that he'll be angry or hurt.

Don't tell him what he's doing wrong. Whisper, very sexily, how to do it right. Timing is everything. If he is not receptive to learning how to push your buttons, perhaps rethink the relationship. I had a similar situation when I was 19. You just have to say, "I'm sorry-- I can't work with this." Then, move on. You don't want to deal with that because it isn't like you can "fix" either problem. Good luck.
