Is it normal for someone with treated hypothyroidism to freeze all winter???

Treated as in taking medication (synthetic thyroid hormone).

It is very common. I need a lot of blankets to keep me warm. Don't worry about it because this is natural.

Not if you're on medication...I take synthroid and I don't freeze all winter...what's your question?--with or without medication?

Yes, it is. I am also cold in the summer even if the ac is low and everyone else is hot.
