I guess I am curious as to portion size. How much yogurt is comparable to a glass of milk calcium-wise?

calcium is about the same. but it depends on the yogurt too. as far as i know 8oz milk is 30% Calcium.

Yogurt starts out as milk so they are pretty much the same.

a little higher because it is more concentrated due to lack of moisture
