Dude! Dogs are horrible drivers. If the Cat's too wasted to go pick up your weed, have the Canary get it for you. No need for your insurance rates to go up.

The dog, of course. I know he doesn't have a liscense but he may know some of the police dogs. I've never heard of a police cat.
