Absolutely!! It probably won't look like an adult yeast infection, though. They will have red bumps down there that kind of resembles a diaper rash. It may or may not have an odor.

Yes, they can. Any where that is wet and does not have air flowing (diapers) can be a breeding ground.

yes , its better to keep them neat as much as possible to avoid any kind of infection.
