I've been told orange juice has heaps more natural sugar than tomato juice - is this correct? Also does tomato juice have the antioxidant Lycopene in it?

tomato juice is by far the healtheir option... and tomoatoes have more vitamin c than oranges.

tomato juice has lycopene in it(but you'll get more benefit from cooked tomato products..like pasta sauce)...I believe it also has more A and C than oranges as well...I've read studies that suggest the amount of Vitamin C in oranges has a wide range from orange to orange.
Orange juice probably has much more sugar than tomato juice...but tomato juice is loaded with salt...choose your poison.

tomato juice does have lycopene in it (all tomatoes have lycopene), which is a phytochemical (plant chemical) which has all sorts of good benefits for your heart. orange juice, i believe, has the most vitamin C of all fruit juices (especially the one with added vitamin C). but tomato juice is a great source of vitamins A and C, but i think orange juice still has the most vitamin C. im sure you could look on the web at a nutrition site for a chart to compare the various fruit juices on google.
