Apply is like OK but it doesn't close the window. Ok will accept the changes you have made and closes the window

Once you make some changes, to APPLY it to the settings, you have to click APPLY. If you click OK without clicking apply - your changes will NOT be saved.

Once you apply your changes (by clicking APPLY), then you click on OK to tell the computer that you have finished making your changes and ready to go back to where u were.

Hope this helps

Clicking Apply will apply the changes you made to the settings but it won't close the dialog box. Clicking OK will apply the changes also but it will close the dialog box.

Apply is an immediate application of changes. OK makes 'em stick.

"apply" will..well...apply the changes you've made, right away.

if you like them, "ok", says you are happy with them, bascally, and your changes will be saved.

you should click "apply" then "ok'
