are you asking her out because she's big and you don't want to hurt her? huh?
just ask her...the worst that can happen is she says no...and if she does..move on!

If you lie to a women she will find out.... that I can guarantee. All women get the same women's intuition your mum has (but it's 100 times better when it comes to her partner). So number one rule to get and keep a girl is, never lie. Women value honesty higher then any other trait you could offer her.
As for asking her out, don't do anything sleazy when you ask her. Walk up to her and hand her a bunch of flowers with a note inside asking her for her phone number. If she says yes, you get her phone number and a guaranteed date. If she says no, you get big romantic points from every other women who happens to be watching. Just make sure that if she does decline you, that you insist she keeps the flowers and you take her answer gracefully. If you are at school/college word will soon spread about how romantic you are (girls always ask who another girl got the flowers off she is carrying around).... its a win/win situation. :)
Oh and if she does say yes.... take her somewhere that you can talk (not the theatre or movies) or have fun together. Ice-Skating, Bowling, Mini Putt Putt, A Casual Quite Restaurant.

Make sure that the first thing you ask her out on isn't too threatening.
Ask to have an icecream cone - not fly to Paris.
From a woman's point of view, one of the primary objectives of the
first date is to decide if the guy is a homicidal maniac - and if so, to be
able to call off the date.
She knows she can't do that at 30000' over the Atlantic.
Something simple, quick and easy to retreat from is a good place
to start. Once she has decided that you are not going to display her
spleen on your Ferarri antena, THEN consider something where
you can get to know each other better still.
In any case, you risk nothing other than perhaps the momentary
embarassment of being turned down.

All you can do is just go ask. Be right out front and get it over with. If she don't like you you will find out pretty quick. Do not beg because if she don't like you she don't like you. If she says not at the minute it forget it you got shut down and never give her a second chance. She knows when she will have the time. If she is so busy that she has to say I don't have the time or not sure when. forget it. not worth it.
Just tell her you are hungary for one of them hambugers like mom makes and know of a greasy spoon place that makes great burgers. And it would make you happy if she would be willing to go have one and chat some.
That was just an example. Pick your own kind of place and style. I try not to use the one above because it seems to always cost me a hambuger. They always say sure. Unless they are after money in which case you should offer a $100 per plate palce somewhere. I don't like that kind of women. I can think of lots of things I could spend 200 bucks and wasting that much of my paycheck just to impress a woman means she is out of my leage and should stick with datting movie stars.
This is kinda funny but be your self and if that is not good enough for her your are the one that is better then her. She just thinks she is better then you are. She was born and you was born so there is no dif.

First, ask her if she is seeing someone. If she says 'yes' or 'kind of', back off, don't even ask, she's just trying to tell you she's not interested. If its a firm "NO", ask her if she'd like to do something sometime. Depending on her answer, elaborate more later. If she seems unsure of anything, leave her alone. You've already put it out there that you're interested, this leaves the ball in her court. If you push the matter when she doesn't seem totally positive that she wants to go out, you will just become a nuisance and that will ruin all of your chances.

do what i do when im interested in a chick. ask her out to lunch. that way if ur not diggin the conversation, u can always say u have somethin to do afterwards so u cant stay long. but if u like how things are goin, then thats when u take her to the movies or somethin to spend more time to know her. trust me, it works ;)

man this is a tuff one make a nice aproach and ask her do you have a boyfreind? once you ask the question and she say no then go for it make a conversation and sak her questions if she big tell that your not intrested in her right now in a nicely manner

the best way to ask her out is if you talk to her for a while and get to know her and let her get to know you and then you will know when the perfect time to ask her out.
