Right now I have my new growth on my scalp. How long will it take for my hair to grow out into a fro?

my science book says that on average human hair grows about 1/2 inch per month, so you can calculate. i'm black and i grew my hair out completely once, from cut really close to my head, all the way to my shoulders, keeping it natural the whole time, and this average rate of growth came out close to accurate for me.

You really have to cut off all your permed ends, make sure u go to someone who knows what they are doing!!! THen it takes about 4-6 months for you to get a nice height if your hair grows relatively fast.

It really all depends on how fast your hair grows, how long it is now, and how your body reacts to the hair growth stuff.
So there isnt really any true way to tell you how long it will take to grow out.

it depends.I cut out all my relaxer dec 2004 my hair was 1" long...and now its about 1'2" long..but I am mixed with indian and spanish...and my hair grows fast...its will grow out though...Because hair grows everyday

4 me i loss my hair alot by not combing it out but im African-American and adn you have to grease it comb it and braid it so it can grow but mine took 2 months
