I have owned four nissan trucks and never had a major problem with them, put over 200,000 miles on them before trading in for the next one. I am eyeing the Titan right now too. The gas mileage on them is good, whoever said they were bad on gas is crazy, compare it to any other V-8 truck out there, it is about the same on gas mileage...arounf 17-19 MPG/city and 19-21 MPG/Highway. I think these trucks are very nice looking, the interior is well made and the engine is the strongest in its class, not to mention the little perks such as a pneumatically assisted lowering tailgate (no more tailgates slamming down when your fingers slip from the handle) and the lighted tailgate entry when it is down. As soon as I pay off my nissan frontier and xterra, I am on my way to the lot to by myself a brand new decked out TITAN.

The Titan is a nice truck.
But Ford F-series truck is (indisputably) the best selling vehicle, car or truck, foreign or domestic in the U.S.
And it has held that title for 29 consecutive years!
That many owners can't be wrong , for that many years !
I work at an auto mall. The Ford dealership is right across from the Nissan dealership, so I've seen & driven them both.

My husband is a truck man and I have been on many 'lot' trips with him to look at trucks! He says the Titan is a 'sweet' truck, but he wouldn't be willing to pay the price for it. Plus, think about the gas it would consume?! Yikes! If your not worried about that, you would be getting a good truck, it's just that the interior seems kind of cheap for the price they're asking.

I have a Nissan and I love it. It's not a Titan, but I've had excellent experiences with everyone at Nissan. Never had to have anything fixed and they always send you offers for scheduled maintenance, etc.

I would buy a Titan...they look awesome, and Nissan always makes great vehicles.

I'd agree with your decision. These are sharp trucks!

I wouldn't go gm if you don't go w/this though. Their quality has slipped bad! This is coming from an old All GM guy!
