what should i do?

I've been friends w/ this guy for a while now, and we both really seemed to have a spark. he's not allowed to technically "date" yet, but we both decided we were more then just friends. His family understands that, but since we established that, our relationship hasn't been as exciting...anything i can do?
and since we're not techically an item, i want to keep my options open...is it wrong to do this?
there's a guy that i just started talking to, and i was surprised to find that he may be interested too. but he's more popular than me, and i just want to know if it would ever work..and how i should break the news the my current (more than a) friend. any advice is appreciated!!

Honey, it must be so frustrating for you. What do you mean he's not allowed to date yet? how old is he? I mean wither you are an item, or you're not. And I dont think it's wrong to keep your options open, as technically, you are single. Popularity can intimidate a lot of people, but trust me, it doesnt make him more or less the person that he really is. Of course you wander if it'll work, try it, it if works, fine, if it doesnt, well, at least you tried! You dont have to "Break the news" to you 'more than friend'. Just tell him as you would tell a friend, because , like I said before, wither you're together or you're not. He has to decide.

your just a friend will be crushed no matter how nice you are about it. So just say it quick and polite and let him know that you might go out with him when he is older. he'll get over it and you might not even date the new guy very long. what ever happens if you keep the lines of communication open and don't lead the old friend on it will work out just fine
