It really depends on how many calories you take in. Calories are amounts of energy. If you don't use that energy it turns into fat.

you should be burning the same number of calories that you eat each day if you want to maintain your weight. you should eat more calories than you burn if you want to increase your weight and you should burn more calories than you eat if you want to lose weight.
