That's a really good question. One of the things I love about my husband is his dynamic confidence. He's a high flying Army Officer and he is utterly James Bond like! but just every now and again it tips into arrogance, he gets a little too big for his boots and tells me that he is 'absolutely right' about something. I'm a little less confident and more likely to see both sides. All I have to do, is to sit him down and point out that not everything is black and white, and he always sees that he's being arrogant...and stops..for a while!

When they put you or others down for having your own opinion
When they become rudely sarcastic
When they make you feel or look stupid
When you feel like you are less of a person around them
That is when the confidence becomes mean and arrogant and I do know the difference.

a spray of arrogance is an attractive 'flaw' but brimming with it is definitely NOT. Confidence comes from knowing that you don't have to impress anyone and although you're sure with yourself, you maintain the 'civilised' tact.
You are at the threshold of arrogance when you don't start questioning the border of the very fine line between confidence and arrogance:)

It becomes arrogance when it is ALL about you--as in you could care less about anyone else. It becomes arrogance when you berate others just so you look good. It becomes arrogance when you treat things better than people. Things like that.

when they think theyre God's gift 2 women!---its becomes arrogance when they think they are just so awesome and when they are soo wrapped up in themselves...girls cant stand it when guys act like they are in control of the girl---and its a big turn off when they act like they can get any girl in the world!
