there are many black mexicans. as a matter of fact latin america is as culturally diverse as the united states. only, in the us, we only see black and white. where as in mexico, there are 10 levels of black and white, depending on how black you are. most of the elite families want to say they are white, when in reality, none of them can. there has always been a dallience with an indian or black, or some other race in the families history. in latin america white is considered better, not equal, but better. it is a myth that mexico, or latin america, is any different than the us. latin american, or mexican, or venezuelan is not a race, they are diverse peoples from diverse lands. black has nothing to do with controlling the border. and this is not a forum for your political views, you obviously know nothing about latin american culture. controlling the border involves the law and anyone in the us illegally is not welcome. thank you.

Could be. in the olden times, very possible. Or it may have been "annexed" by US.
No, I am not a racist, but in early forms of the American gov't, there was exterme racism. Those were the times when borders were made and treaties were signed... old times.

Yes. The way black people got enslaved hundreds of years ago and spirited around to different western nations' colonies to serve as forced labor on plantations is a very good demonstration of this.

No, this is about big business's appitite for slave labor or the closest thing to it they can get. They don't mind the color of the slave labor one way or the other. They are equal opportunity exploiters.

They sure would have......America is actually based upon skin color and not really who we are. Take russians for example, there are so many of them in the USA but since they look white they get to live well and discriminate against all there......................
