no she doesn't. We've been watching her on TV for the past couple of years and she hasn't ever had a bulging belly, and if she does have a baby paparazzi would have picked up on it by now. If she does, it's not Jay-Z's. Believe me though, that's my idol, i would know. Nope ;)
