well first of all, all they want is freedom of speech and they want to change the law to benefit them more i know they are illegal but they want to be legal, and yes their is a way to do that already and they know that to, but it is so hard to become legal in this country they come illegally and I'm not saying its right either but i understand them if i were from some other country and saw that other people were living a better life than me and that i had a family to take care of i would sacrifice myself for my family so i would come with my family illegally for a better life and would love to stay there even though there would be consequences maybe it wouldn't be as great as i thought it would be but it would be better. Sometimes you understand people better when you put yourself in their position. The ones I'm totally against are the ones that come here to commit crime (and NO coming here illegally is not considered crime to me) what i mean is like murder and selling drugs and things legal people do for a crime. well i think i wrote to much already but maybe this will help u see the issue from a different point of view

You are absolutely right, illegal is illegal. They get away with it because they can. Only a hand full of people are affected by the illegals. So in retrospect those are the only people whom complain. Me personally am not effected directly by the hundreds of thousands who cross the boarder daily, but my kids will not have a fighting chance. Their generation with feel the B.S. Low paying jobs and discrimination. It is a matter of pride and loyalty, which most of the citizens of this "taken for granted country" have lost. If they don't feel the pinch they throw the issue to the waste-side.

The united states was NOT founded on laws... the united states was founded because a bunch of guys did NOT want to follow laws and pay taxes that were already in place.... The "illegal" immigrants do not come here to break the laws they come here to find a better life for themselves. Is that so wrong??? The US supposedly prides itself on being the melting pot of the world and yet it will not open its borders...

There are some universal laws, about not killing others and not stealing. Those are simple. Immigration laws? Those are hideously complex, and are imposed by governments, not societies. People who break immigration laws aren't going against any moral codes. There's more than one type of law, and breaking one kind of law isn't the same as breaking another. It's all shades of gray. Do you hate your friends who get traffic tickets?

All illegals aren't, just mainly Hispanics. They are racists. They think b/c they are Hispanic or Latino they should get special treatment. It doesn't matter to them that other people have been waiting for years to get citizenship the lawful way. It doesn't matter that people from Ireland, Germany, China, Africa, Korea, Spain have gone through the proper procedures. They think they are above the law. they are not only racists, they are greedy freeloaders.

Amen Sally!
laws are meant to be obided, until they infringe on your civil rights.
i gotta say though, these freakin offenders get the easiest of the easy. the most they get nowadays is a slap on the wrist or a short term with three square meals/weight room/being as gay as they want...so nasty!
i feel as a civilian, i have less rights than them...and in some ways it's true!!

Most of us in the USA come from immigrant families, some of whom may well not have crossed every T and dotted every I to get here.
I have no respect for people without compassion who declare all undocumented persons criminals and refuse to understand this is a complex issue. I'm pretty sick of your type, too.

The USA violates laws all the time and so does its citizens so why should anyone respect us? the mexicans ignore the immigration law because it is unfair and they hate it.
They are encourgaged to do so by our government that is in the employ of big business that wants cheap labor. deal with it.

AMEN to all you said!
That's why Americans are rising up and demanding that there be no amnesty, that the illegals are deported, that employers of illegals be heavily fined, and that the fence goes up....
