I was cheated on a few years ago by a woman who wanted me to go to another state with her, even with the commitments I had while I was with her. She ended up moving with another guy and took the "engagement" ring with her. I told her on the phone to keep it, since I wouldn't be needing it anyway. I also told her that she needed to think about what she was losing. Was I right in letting her go?

The woman I have now, who is with her mother in another country, is the same way I am now, as we both put God in the center of our relationship. I prayed to God about the decisions I made before with the one I broke off the engagement, but she never did put God in the center, and she was the one that brought me to a church.

yes sir. cheaters, rookie or pro, always gotta go. no circumstances involved. that way, you dont run the risk of being hurt that bad any more. so you did what you had to do cuz it was the right thing to do

Yeah, you did the right thing man . Women like that don't have no brains to begin with, and the only i would change, is taking back the engagement ring for a refund. Hang in there my brother !!!!

Why are you questioning your decisions. You made them based on information and feelings you had at the time. Just cause it's a different time doesn't mean you can change the past. Just learn from the experience and move on. Easier said than done I know, but doable.
