if you're talking about a blood glucose test - then yes, it's something that needs investigated.
Blood glucose normal levels are 70-99 (fasting) or 70-145 (if taken two hours after eating.)
a good overall range is 70-149, meaning that you're is almost double that...which means that your body is either not producing enough insulin (which causes your cells to use glucose, thus not leaving much in the blood stream) or the insulin you're producing is not working well enough...both of which are basically diabetes. I'm sure you're doctor will already want to follow up with this...and it's important that he does as leaving high blood sugar untreated can cause very serious side effects - including stroke.

Blood test for what huh?? I guess if ts cloesterol then yes but it its pertaining to blood sugar then the answer is again YES!! A 300 b/g is considered diabetic & you should see a Dr as soon as you can.
