Actually, there's a known system for removing all tells. Decide what cards you will have before looking at them. Compartmentalize. Pretend the cards you saw are what the person to your left has. Your cards are still what you first envisioned. Play accordingly. When something happens, ask yourself what the person to your left should do based on the information you have on their hand. Then do that. Takes awhile to learn it, but you can rid yourself of -all- tells by doing it. You even start putting off false tells as you start to believe the fake hands you're mentally dealing yourself.

well if you laugh like a maniac at every good hand that's kind of hard to fix. just learn to control yourself OR do other things randomly like brush your hair, look around, smile etc. if you have a tell then best way to hide it is by doing lots of other random stuff so people can't figure what your tell is

thats a really hard tell to get ride of. i no some ppl that have the smae problem though. many of them like to chew on something while they are playing(toothpick, gum nd so on) they find that haveing something in there mouth nd chewing stops them from laughing. gum seems to work the best though. u could also just start to play a lot nd just try very very hard not to laugh nd u will eventully break ur tell.

Bad Habits need a new habit to replace them. It usually takes fifteen times of using the new habit to break a bad habit.
Or, start laughing all the time and they can't tell anything from it.

Behave the same when you have junk and then they won't know if you're bluffing or "telling".
Sometimes you have to bet that junk big to keep them off guard!
