A woman usually ovulates between her periods, right in the middle. If you usually menstrate every 28 days then you would be ovulating about the 14th day after the first day of your period. If your cycle is 32 days apart, then you ovulate on the 16th day. For example, you start your period on June 2, ovulate about the 16th and have your next period June 30 (if you are on a 28 day cycle). If your periods are irregular it is much more difficult to figure out. Usually when ovulating, you willl have more secretions, kinda slimy and slippery. Also you could get an ovulation predictor at the drug store.
