I am one of those people who would almost rather eat appetizers instead of a main course for dinner. Here in Florida, we have "Tapas" bars where what you order are dozens of appetizer portions of different things... very good stuff. What appetizers do you really love?

Man, i went to this place called 66 Diner in NM and they had fried okra with ranch dressing. at first i thought the slimy okra was revolting, but it tasted so darn good!!
Whenever i go to Serranos, i eat their chips, salsa dip, and bean dip till i'm full and then take home whatever i ordered. i love the fresh chips and the bean dip is to die for. the salsa dip doesn't give me heart burn so that is a major plus!!!
i've gotta go grab some food, i'm hungry now.

Deep fried zuchini with horseradish sauce, or shrimp. Any kind of shrimp, but if I had to pick, the grilled shrimp at Longhorn's served with the chipotle sauce. They come with corn fries. So good. They could fill a soup bowl full of that chipotle suace, give me some crackers, and I would eat it like soup.

I am a cheese fan so I love mozzarella sticks anyday. I also enjoy artichoke dip and stuffed mushrooms.

once i was in israel and i went to this roman restaurant. they serveed thick toasted bread to dip with some spice and olive oil
