depends on the type bike. check the sidewall of the tire.

usually mountain bike tires have a range of 25-45 pounds, and road tires are 100-120 pounds psi.

For a road bike 90 to 110. A moutain bike 35 to 85 .

If you look on the side of the tire it should tell you what the pressure is. Fill it to the max.
