just to fing a job..because in your home country there are none.., and you are persecuted..???

Do you think it is when you do not know the language, and you don't know anybody???

But you must leave your home country because there is no chance for you there, and you only want to better yourself, and surport your family..

Why do Americans think that (illegal) immigrants have it easy, and make the choice to leave their country lighttly???

OBEY THE LAW OR NOT?????? Visit sites like hazara.net and see what life is like for the persecuted Afghans, this happens in many countries not just Afghanistan. Research the facts on immigration/asylum before making sweeping remarks on refugees, asylum seekers and Muslims. The extremist Muslims are a tiny minority of a huge religion, why tar them all with the same brush and place them into this category the media have placed them into. I'm white English, does that make me a football hooligan? Many small minded people oversease place us all in this box and it's not nice, I'm also catholic, Irish decent, that means i'm an IRA bomber and an English football hooligan yeah, NO it doesn't.

I was not persecuted in England, I left of my own free will, and came to live in a country that by comparison is a FREE country. As time goes by however, and as the UK's freedoms are eroded further and further, I feel more and more intimidated by the thought of ever going back there.
For me, leaving was easy, coming to Italy not knowing anyone and not knowing the language was also easy.
As for illegal immigrants, let me run something by you; America has created a consumer lifestyle that it sells the world over. Soap operas are translated into dozens of languages and send around the world, as are American films and commercial products. This has the effect of making people want what America has, but they find they can't get it in their own country. Nor can they get green cards to go to the USA to get it.
Maybe if America didn't spend quite so much money showing all the worse off people in the world what a great place America is (on the surface), then less of them would try to sneak in to the USA.
What do you reckon?

LISTEN if people keep fleeing to the west then the comforts found there will collapse - If a work force is needed then the laws adapt and conform to allow entry to those qualified - be they manual laborers or highly educated persons....
all other means of entry are deterimental to these countries...
However note that alot if people in Iran think the US or Europe is way better than it is - u are just fooling yourselves- at a personal level I understand an individuals desire to make life better for oneself regardless of prevailing laws...finally I think that while Iranians are probably one of the nationalities who are best at becoming "americanized" (while also retaining key components of their root culture- the american way...)- I think that the best conform when born in the us or when arriving at a young age...
a young woman such as yourself - or in late 20s etc will not get it
and not become someone I deem to be a great american - you will just reek the benefits of this country - while working your *** off - I don't care about the work - I just want people to value the system - a HOPE for freedom, justice for all (sadly this is not accurate in the US today, europe is freer in some aspects while less free in others). Finally you are full of **** if you say are persecuted in Iran - just because the financial system of iran is screwed and there are some clothing requirements doesnt warrant the entire female pop. of iran to move here - Start your revolution if you like - someone will suffer - but ratheryou sort out your business there rather than you coming here - we will support you morally!!! that should be enough since the world doesnt want the us to involve itself too much... whoever thinks china etc will be great are wrong - not beacause I think the us is so great - its because the mentality in china is not accustomed to a few filthy rich and no chance for change in your life.. people will revolt - socialism is required in china - because the poor remain poor - when the middle class is the majority then china becoming great is valid. In the US if you are poor chances are u will remain poor and there are a great many below the pov. line - but the crazy thing that makes the us work is the belief/delusion in the "american dream" - hence no social uprising....

Anyway...

We all make choices-and should face the consequences if we make the wrong one. Most do this knowingly that it is against the law and choose to break it-now they must face the penalty of that choice.
It would be different if it was life or death. It is about poor and wanting more-not the same thing. No one wants to be poor-but it isn't life threating. And we don't take care of the ones we have now.
Their choice-don't blame us-we have other problems.

I'm sure it wasn't easy for you. The main focus of all of the anger that you see here is directed towards illegal Mexicans. Americans have the right to feel the way that we do. We have a right to demand that our laws be enforced, all laws not just some laws. What is the point of there being any laws if the government refuses to enforce them?

You are a Muslim woman, right? I do feel for you. I'm sure it was not easy for you.

America and Europe is big today in about 50 yrs time they will be like third world, China and India will over take them.

Greed will bring them down. It's not easy to leave your families and travel for work, I know.

You just Grit your teeth, bide your time and do what you have to do.

There are a million different reasons why people would leave their home-country. Whatever the reason is, it's always hard.

i do think that one of the biggest crimes against human rights is declaring people illegal. I simply refuse to understand the word 'illegal'. I know it's naive of me, but i simply refuse it!

I have never thought it easy for an illegal immigrant,, it is the fault of the US government,, because our laws are not enforced,,, employers who give jobs to illegal immigrants are breaking the laws of the USA,, and using illegals for cheap labor.....

I don't live in the USA, if I did I would respect their laws. If you had the airfare you could have chosen to go to a safe Muslim state. Anyway, I would ask poor Americans how easy it is for them and how they regard you, not very well I suspect, given your attitude.
