Army boot camp (basic training) is all year long. They do have a Christmas brake (exodus). I is about 2 weeks off. But if it falls in the middle of trainig they will give you the opportunity to go home, and then comeback and finish training.

Boot Camp implies Navy. (everybody else has Basic Training)

Great Lakes has classes starting every week. if you are there during Christmasd and Thanksgiving, they give you Sunday routine that day, but no going home in the middle and then coming back.

boot camp runs all year long. they stop for 2 weeks during christmas but that is about it. there are so many different companies, and so many different posts that have boot camps, so soldiers continuously cycle through it.
