How about the US takes over Mexico and makes it a commonwealth like Puerto Rico and Guam. Then Mexicans can stay in their country and enjoy the same freedoms that the United States has.

Hola! World War 2- USA has a huge overflow of European Citizens wanting to escape..well..Europe. Viet Nam War- USA has a lot of Vietmaneese Citizens wanting to escape..well.. Viet Nam. 1990's-?
