Personally I find a receeding hairline kind of sexy. Most women I know (we're all in our 20s and 30s) agree. It makes them look more mature, less like a college kid. I can never understand why men are so afraid of this baldness, women really don't care as far as I know.

Fear Of Losing Hair

I used to be concerned about it. It did bother me initially to see a bald spot growing on the back of my head. But a few years later I got over it, whipped out the clippers and razor, and have been better off for it.

Hair Club for Men? Rogaine? HA! They can keep it. Stuff like that is Madison Avenue's answer to get inside the heads of thinning/balding men and make them feel insecure enough about their self-image and compel them to buy their crappy products.

Now if you all will excuse me, I gotta go shave off today's stubble ;)

I think men who are in their 20s and 30s don't want to lose their hair because they feel like are losing what they might think is sexy to them. They also might feel that losing hair is a sign of them getting old. They want to continue to feel and look younger too. Losing their hair might make them look older than what they really are.

Just ask a few men why they have a fear of losing their hair, and see the answers you come up with.

Men fear hair loss because in their minds it is an indication of vitality loss and makes them appear or seem old. Men should look at prime examples of fine *** bald/balding men. Sean Connery, Michael Jordan & Kenny Chesney to name a few and I am sure they aren't lacking in the p**** department.

Ummmmm. Why don't you shave your head and walk around bald. People in general don't won't to lose their hair. Hey how about saggy breast, wrinkles, female balding , hot flashes and menopause , are you waiting for those things. Since females have no ego and can handle everything you should be fine when these things hit you sweet heart.

Because we think it makes us look old, and we are told the ideal image for a man is a thick head of hair. In ways men are just as insecure in their looks as women are, especially when it comes to losing our hair.

My partner's 21 (so am I) and his hairline has receded back about an inch. I've always wanted him to shave his head. He's very nervous cos he wants his hair. The reason is because they don't have control. They've had it since they were bubs. It may just not suit them - and they know it?

Hair on a man is a sign of virility. When it goes, we cross the threshold into Middle or Old Age.

I actually shave my head because I have very thin and receding hair. I still feel confident, though.

Most guys will lose their hair sooner or later. I think bald guys are sexy, too. It all has to do with everything BESIDES their hair, mostly what is INSIDE their head instead of ON it.
