how long does it take for ur first love and first heart-break to heal even though its been like 8 months

Depends on how close you two were. I know I took a year or a little over when I had my first heart break. Time certainly heals some wounds and Prayer helps with the rest. Seek Him and He will provide you the answers you need for the next relationship you get into. He always knows what is best for you.

There is no set answer to this question. Some people hurt longer than others. If 8 months have passed it may be time to give a new person a shot. Don't jump into some new realtionship but find someone you are comfortable with and see them occaisionally, it doesn't even have to be romantic in any way. Just a way to get out and try to think about other things and people in a social situation. After a while hopefully this will ease the pain and give you confidence to give love another shot. Just remeber you are not alone in this. You may never totally get over a person you have loved but after a while you will think about them less.

it never will heal 8months 8 years it will never heal you only love some one once after that its just a band aid over the break and your feelings from now till you find love again wont be that strong and thats what i think

theres no definite time i find that interst in someone else helps or even just a guy to hang out with you wont think about him as much i know it hurts

it took me about 5 or 6 years before i trusted anyone else with my heart after my gf broke up with me. we had dated for 5 years and then when we broke up, it killed me. just give it time. you will be fine.
