can anybody suggest a safe behaviour while traveling in a vehicle or on foot that can have a play experience to reinforce it.
e.g. wear a helmet when riding a bike - supply bike helmets with bike play as the experience.

we always had the game be "see if the kids can beat the parents"
who can get the seat belt on fastest. who can get the bike helmet on first. etc...and the parents were always just a little bit too slow so the kids won. now it's second nature...old habit...and not a problem.

i am not sure how to answer this it all depends on the ages also lead by example you show them or watch a pro sport of which you are asking about
