I love and use Quicken. I can use it to track expenses, bank accounts and investments. I can set up graphs and pie charts that show where the money is going. One click and it downloads my checking account, credit card, savings account and investment balances. You can even pay your bills using it (but I don't...I pay all mine through my bank's online account).

Either Quicken or Quickbooks. I've never used Quickbooks, only QUicken. I'm sure they do similiar things.

In Quicken, you can run reports for income versus spending. It even connects to your bank accounts or credit card accounts and does a download of all activity so you don't have to enter everything manually.
