Check out www.requip.com for info about the drug. I have mild RLS. It helps a lot to lay down and gentley stretch the legs, one at a time, flex the foot, gently twist the leg, lay on your side with one leg bent up towards the chest to get the most stretch in the other leg.

I have it too. I don't take Requip though. I don't take anything for it. I haven't been able to sleep for more than a couple hours at a time for a month or so. I never heard of drinking lots of milk for RLS. That is a new one on me. I worked in the medical field for a long time and for a while in OB/GYN office. Never heard of it.

I just had a sleep study done a couple of weeks ago. One of the symptoms of sleep apnea (which I have) is RLS. You might want to contemplate having one done on yourself. It's always better to find out than risk not knowing.

I don't know...mine is caused by drugs that I take..and they give me another drug to counteract it. I would never take it..except my partner keeps complaining that I kick him in my sleep..this is one of the symptoms...but so far it has never wakened me..
