my favorite is the spring greens and baby greens. I usually eat Romaine, that is my favorite everyday lettuce as it is most affordable. I like a juicy red tomato chopped up in my salad. Maybe you can find one at a farmers market or something. Hydroponic are ok too but hothouse not exceptional. Here it is garden season so anything from garden would be wonderful in salad.

Mix iceberg with something like romaine, or leaf lettuce...or what's easiest is to buy a fancy bag of mix greens. Tomatoes...I like grape tomatoes..sweeter and smaller than cherry ones

Mixed spring mix salad greens. Doesn't really matter what kind of tomatoes as long as they are ripe and in season.
AVOID ICEBERG!
