The general rule of thumb is it took you 9 months to have the baby, and it will take 9 months to get the weight off. It will be harder to loose weight and get into shape after having a baby, and you're entire body will never be the same as it was before. Just eat right, exercise, and learn to love the new you!

I've tried everything and the only thing that seems to help is laying on my back, with my legs closed together I raise them up and down. I have had 3 kids in the past 5 years and I have a flap of skin that drives me crazy, especially since the rest of my body is petite. I am considering a tummy tuck within the next few years I'm just iffy about spending the money to have it done....hopefully none of my kid's need braces lol

I easily have a similar difficulty!!!! cardio routines is the proper part of eliminate that better fat and flab everywhere. in case you had a c-area it will be somewhat tougher b/c those muscular tissues at the front of your tummy were reduce. from time to time it makes the issue worse in case you do a range of of sit-united statesafter a c-area. What my OB instructed me to do is to suck in my abdomen. imagine as if there's a string tied on your abdomen button and that is being pulled by your decrease back. you're operating the muscular tissues that carry your uterus in position. by sucking it in you're determining that muscle and making it more suitable, to that end making the flab pass away ultimately. once that area is more suitable you could start up engaged on the outer muscular tissues.... slowly. in case you presented obviously cardio severe and center routines (pilates and yoga labored for me after my first infant) are solid. If it is going away you're fortunate! lots of the moms i understand are skinny and healthful, yet there remains only a tiny little bit of tummy flab to hide.... contained in the propose time, placed on empire waisted clothing and shirts to hide the flab. do not placed on denims that are too tight or you will get a "muffin excellent" over your belt.
