31 to 34: Old
35 to 38: In your 30's
39: Telling everyone you're not afraid of being 40 no matter what the cliche is
40: Telling everyone you're 39
41 to 44: You rule the world. This is the "parent" age, whether you have kids or not
45: Middle-aged
46 to 50: You rule the world. But nobody cares anymore, you're now officially OLD.
51 to 54: People tell you you're middle-aged. They feel bad for you and want you to think that there's like, hardly any chance you're past the halfway mark in your total lifespan.
55: People ask you if that qualifies you as a senior citizen. You secretly hate them.

65 to 70: The government tells you that you're qualified as a senior citizen. They will start paying you back a few hundred bucks of the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars you have given them in the past.
71 to 79: You're not dead yet? How old are you?
80 to 90: You lived a good life.
91 to 100: Everyone adores you. You can do no wrong. By the way, this is the best time in life to try drugs, sleep with hookers, and ram your car into various objects and people.
101 to 899: Your only visitors are the people who clean your urine up and the annoying guy from Guiness Book of World Records who looks kind of like your grandson did 50 years ago.
900+: You build an ark and find two of every creature. Your knees ache when it's about to rain hard, and boy your knees have been achin' lately.

You are as OLD AS YOU FEEL/LOOK. I am 37 years young and I look like I'm 25 so I've been told. I feel/look GREAT. I walk everyday 2-3 miles I drink plenty of WATER and EAT RIGHT. I still can keep up with the average 5 year old, and they have plenty of energy. SO ancient/old you are not according to the #;But if you feel old/ancient then I guess you are. BUT I AM NOT.

No. You don't start growing mould between your toes until you're 37. Okay seriously, it seems old because you see all these people in sports and entertainment, and their careers are in the decline by then. For everyone else though, your career peaks out decades later, and life keeps getting better. If you want it to.
