Everything has become fast paced. Seems like everyone is in a hurry to get nowhere these days. Can't get there fast enough. Impatience is a lot of the problem. Afraid they won't be first to the light. It's absolutely crazy. And don't get me started on cell phones and driving.....OMG!!!!

Because we learn the rules of the road once when we're 16, then promptly revert to whatever's convenient. They get so caught up in their own business that they don't bother with simple courtesy.
A study earlier this year by GMAC Insurance found that one in eleven drivers -- about 18 million drivers in the U.S. -- would fail a driver's exam if they had to take it today.

If you think Virginia is bad...try California. These drivers are crazy...not that I'm not a crazy driver. I do speed, but at least I'm aware of everything going on around me.

It just isn't there. It is all over. It is because our society doesn't really enforce learning how to drive for people. People think it is their right to drive where ever and how ever they wish, but it is really a privilege to be able to drive. Just ask folks in other countries.
