There are a few considerations when doing something like this. The first would be to narrow down the possible reason(s) that you have the upset stomach - if it's a result of a certain food, or ingredient in a food group. Avoiding a food that causes your stomach to react adversely will be a preventative means. But beyone that and without taking any OTC stuff, then lots of water to dilute the acid intensity (if that's what's causing it) or if it's something that's continuous and you've been bothered by it for a long while, the definitely consult a physician. You may have a stomach bacterial or some other malady that cannot be remedied by home cure.

Tea is good. Toast, bread, crackers. When I was pregnant the first time, I had wretched morning sickness (or all day, every day, every meal sickness, as I fondly call it), and the best thing I found for calming my stomach was plain vanilla shakes.

Flat soda works, too. I used to drink that as a kid when I'd get an et stomach.

It really depends on the problem. Generally, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in 1/2 glass of water helps. Do not use frequently. You will belch a lot but may get relief. I hope you feel better soon.

peppermint is very good for the stomach. Peppermint tea or even a peppermint stick. I even use peppermint before giving a speech in front of huge crowds. Works wonders!!

It depends on what you mean by upset -
if you are nauseous try coca-cola or mint (gum, mints, etc...)
if you have diarrhea try eating rice and drinking Gatorade
if you just have pain try a heating pad
gas pains - drink some hot water.....
Good luck - hope you feel better!!
