Red wire to 2 black wires into motor. Blue wire to 2 black wires into motor & Black wire to 2 black wires into motor. Which wires into motor are 220 V & which 110 V?

This info should be shown on the motor. If not, look at the manufacturers plate and try to find their website. Ask them.
I wouldn't take someones say so here for that. You could do major damage...

That makes a little more sense than your prior question. The 6 black wires on the motor should be labeled though. So answer these:
How are the 6 black wires labeled? What info is on the nameplate of the motor? Is this three phase? If so why are you working on a 3 phase motor without knowing what you are doing? The 220V and 110V doesn't make sense for 3 phase though. Are you in the US? Is this in your house? What is the motor for? Are you tired of my questions? :-) I can help you bit need more information. But I'm still not convinced this is a dual voltage motor.

get you a multimeter and test it.
