If you don't want to use heat, the only way is to use a setting lotion or gel and get yourself some foam curlers.

Wear foam curlers before you go to bed at night. Wake up in the morning and take them out and voila...intensly curly hair. If that is to much curlage for you then use Biosilk hair gel or any other gel you prefer and scrunch your hair with it after taking a shower. No blow dryer needed. That is how I do my hair and people think that I have naturally curly hair. It's awesome.

Well, if you want pincurls, you could use bobby pins. And if your hair is long, you can use the old fashioned kind of rollers with the little clips. Just make sure you use some kind of hair product to make the curl last. Hope this helps.

Curl your hair while it is wet...leave the curlers in untill it dries...no heat...no damage and your hair should be curly!

get some bobby pins and get small portion of hair wet and twist around untill you can make a circle then put the bobby pin in to hold in place let dry or use hair dryer

try head and shoulders original and Aussie 3 min. miracle conditioner together. when you come out towel dry and spray with Aussie freeze hair spray. scrunch hair blow dry upside down.. the combinations together make my hair curly and i have straight hair naturally.
