Oh boy, that's a toughy. My mom went through hec while I was in rampant throws of depression, anxiety and sleep disorders.

Get her an apartment that you or her can afford, and seek counsel from these professionals. They do over the phone counselling. The prescriptions she is on may or may not be right for her. You are probably frusterated, and that may not be something you want to hear, but if you want to be lead in the right direction, contact the folks at http://pathmed.com. I must admit, it is very expensive if you do not have health insurance.

You might even be able to send her to school if she does well with path.
