If I receive a one to two-year certificate from Lively Technical school in Tallahassee, Fl.

They say a person is only as good as he's worth.

Commerical photographers make quite a bit of money when they have the portfolio to back up their name. The better the portfolio the more they are worth. Also, it usually works out that a commercial photographer is hired per job and is not kept on staff. So, figure out how much you are worth by

1. Calculating your time
2. Calculating your knowledge
3. Calculating markup costs so you make a profit.

Unfortunately, that's the best answer I can give to a question so narrowed down. I've never heard of Lively Technical so I don't believe it's a widely accredited photography school. (however, I could be wrong). So the prestige you would get out of that wouldn't be as high as say getting one from the Hallmark School of Photography.
