Yes, it is Swedish. It is similar to Norwegian and that's why I'll dare to try a translation.
"You mean so much to me". In Norwegian it would be "Du betyr så mye for meg". They are very close. And.. yes, I checked the words in a dictionary (just in case), so I am sure that is the meaning of it.

German has Umlauts, yes: ä, ö, ü. But Spanish has also ü, and Finish has many "Umlauts", so it is not necessarily a way to tell. And German does not have å. That is a characteristic of Northern Germanic languages (Danish, Norwegian and Swedish have it)

I'd probably go with German. Umlats (those two dots) are most commonly found in that language.
