Yes and excellent results when you stick to the program, however if you are just looking for a quick fix it wont be your answer, nothing will. Rapid weight loss is not good and as a result the person usually is starving their bodies of essential nutrients and when they stop doing what they are doing they regain the weight that has been lost plus more, with weight watchers its a change in attitude towards food so weight coming off stays off.

in case you have been like me and mandatory to lose approximately 35 pounds, you will lose approximately 5 the 1st week and then 2 the 2d and then after that it varies between a million/10 of a pound and a pound. yet maximum weeks it exchange into some thing like a million/3 of a pound. this is an quite long technique despite if it does artwork. It took me over a year to lose the 35 pounds yet I definitely have saved it off.

Nope. No pain no gain. Not unless its heaven's will. Fast results mean regaining back the weight you lost faster as well, if you have not been watchful. You constantly have to watch what you eat, do your exercise and have the will power to continue and maintain your goal. Nothing is gain without effort.

No, it is a balanced diet that will allow you to lose 1-2 pounds a week. However, keep in mind if you want to keep the good habits that a balanced plan will teach you, it is much better than diets that want you to eat only meats (Atkins aka the kidney failure diet), the egg diet, the cabbage soup diet and all of those who only teach you to binge and diet for an endless cycle.

What do you mean, "Fast"??
If you want to lose 30 pounds in a week, no.
If you want reasonable, healthy weight loss of about 2 pounds a week that will persist for a long period, then, yes.
