You should seriously consider becoming a vegetarian. Your body can no longer process heavy or light meats for that matter.

Losing your gall bladder will NOT cause you to lose weight, I'm sorry to say, but it will not cause you to gain. Because it secretes chemicals that aid in digesting fat, you will find that after its removed, you don't digest fatty meals as well, and sometimes may have diarrhea. Other than that, there should be no other changes, and the problem with fatty meals is really variable between people.

ordinary, the climates in Vietnam are a lot diverse than the U. S.. even as it is warm, you do not eat plenty yet drink extra water to circumvent dehydrate. the position as even as it is chilly, your body needs extra fat to save it warmth hence you eat extra. also, in Vietnam human beings eat in good structure foodstuff alongside with vegetables, fish, culmination and different clean foodstuff. The foodstuff in Vietnam is way lighter and a lot less saturated fat. right here contained in the U. S., saturated fat are butter, lard, coconut oil, dairy products (pretty cream and cheese), meat, and some prepared ingredients. Vietnamese walk very nearly everywhere they pass. that still contributes to their artwork out and not using a severe value ticket for workout equipments that folk do not use. If human beings in this us of a do a similar as maximum Asian human beings do, we does no longer have everybody weight over one hundred sixty pounds. no favor to pay for a gymnasium club both.

I had gallstones...so i dont have a gallbladder....i lost ALOT of weight without it! but its pretty painful. your food just digests faster after surgery.
EDIT: let me rephrase that. I lost alot of weight WHILE i had gallstones....not after.

I had mine removed, and I didn't have much problems afterwards.
Granted I didn't loose weight, nor did I gain any.
