For your natural color you're either going to have to color it the color that you think your natural color is and just let it grow out or skip the dying it part and just let it grow out... You really can't do anything to get it back to it's natural color except for growing it out especially if you dont want to damage it and there's no way to strip all the previous hair color from your hair.

slowly bring your color down. levels of hair consist of 10. 1 being the lightest and 10 being the darkest. if you are a level 2 or 3 get a color shade two shades darker. meaning if you are light get a 5 or 6 ash light brown/blond. continue to move up until you get the depth you are looking for and soon before you know it your naturally hair will blend and you no longer have to experience any more chemicals. or make it easy enough cut most of it out..up to you

whats ur national hait color for starters. U need to tone hair first. I use a semi perm color first about 2 shades light than what u really want to go then get a prem color and apply it about 4 days after

ive been dying it since i was in 5th grade, over 100 times no joke by now. what ive found is to keep ur hair healthy is to wash it w/shampoo. try tressemme. then put conditionar in and leave it in for about 5 minutes. it helps it a lot. also keep ur ends trimmed it will kill ur hair faster if you dont

but otherwise i would go w/a dye that doesnt have any amonia in it. (its what makes it smell bad and its the thing that damages ur hair the most)

i'm not sure what you mean but i think i can help.

One time i dyed my hair BLACK. i dye my hair alot and when i tried to go back to my natural color black, it went sooo wrong. it was PITCH BLACK! i hated it!! so i looked around the internet and found this formula called COLORFIX<< like it strips away your hairdye and leaves it in a nice natural looking borwn/reddish brown. im not sure if it would restore your natural color though. i tried it and it worked out GREAT! it left my hair a nice color. but the sad thing is, it kinda stinks. but that doesnt count. it works!! and if you dont like the color it ends up with, they recommend you dye it. your hair might turn out pretty dry, but use the neutrogena deep conditioner. it works in3 minutes :DD good luck. i hope this helps

You can buy stuff called a 'drabber' that takes colour out, though I'm certain it'll probably damage your hair too, sounds like it's had plenty already. I'd go to the hairdresser and let them sort it out. A friend of mine bleached her hair for years til it broke off and came out in clumps, the hairdresser was fab and got her sorted right out.

Do not put anything else on it :-)
Just let it grow out naturally.
As it grows, keep the haircut maintained. It helps.
Before you know it, you will have your natural hair back.
You have to be patient.
You will have stages where you have multi-colored hair.
If you truly want to stop damaging your hair, just let it be :-)

You didn't say what color it is now and you didn't say what your natural color is, so I don't see how anyone on here can help you. I think you should go to a salon and have them fix it. Good luck and take care.

Yeah, you may have to get a clean slate.

Time to break out the clippers...

dont dye it anymore,, cut it short & when it grows back its your natural hair color already.. or if you want to dye it,, apply conditioner daily to reduce drying
