I just spent the entire day in the sun without sunscreen, while smoking a pack of cigarettes drinking alcoholic beverages and eating mcdonalds while standing next to a open microwave. Did i make a mistake today?

Many mistakes... first, there isn't sun out for an entire day(24hrs).... if you have to smoke, please, smoke the cigarettes that came IN the pack, not the pack... eating mcdonalds must have been a mutual agreement between you and him.... microwave ovens are harmless if they are "off", unplugged, or open (unless it falls on you)... as for the alcoholic beverages.... thats why all these things happened to you. Don't drink and drive... even a bicycle becomes a lethal weapon at the hands of a drunk.

Yeah, you thought that cancer was the only way to determine if things are bad for you.
Think again. If you brushed your teeth with flouride, drank milk with hormones that mimic your own, or were exposed to dioxins in the air from a local incinerator or somebody burning trash, then you are living dangerously.
Even more dangerous than all of the above was the drive to the beach (or wherever you were out in the sun all day or buying your cigarettes). Not to mention how much rubber dust you breathed in while near the highway. Where do you think all of those tire treads go that wear out every 50,000 miles?

Skin cancer, lung cancer, liver disease, high cholesterol, heart disease, and obesity all come to mind. the open microwave...was it actually on? I don't see how it could be. Let me tell you this, if this where your daily routine that would be a horrible thing. But you did it once. So what. The alcoholic beverages might be a bit of a concern. Alcohol poisoning...that would suck. I don't think you made much of a mistake if it's not something you normally do.

yes, you should have eaten at taco bell instead of mcdonalds! also you could have sat in a kiddie pool to get that sun, while making something in the toaster. i was also wondering if you played with any guns or knives, ran with scissors, or tried to lock yourself in a refrigerator? seriously, man, it sounds like u r being really hard on yourself, cut yourself some slack, yo!

You are going to pay big time. You are going to have a raw throat, one heck of a hangover, a stomach ache, and sunburn.
Sounds like you had a good time, though

If your intent was to irradiate your flesh to a crisp, damage your lungs, destroy your kidneys and liver, and fill your arteries with platlets that will eventually clog them up really good, and expose yourself to radiation to make you sterile, then it was no mistake. Wouldn't it be quicker to just go expose yourself to a nuclear reactor and get it over with?
